FOR SERVICE BUSINESSES THAT ARE DONE BEING INVISIBLE
We build websites to be your best salesperson.
But most businesses get a website built, see nothing happen because of...
THE MISCONCEPTION
Over 1 in 3 business owners think a website isn't relevant to their business.
Social media is enough. I don't need a website.
of small businesses see no return from social alone
I'll build one when the business gets bigger.
of buyers research a business online before deciding to buy
I had a website. It didn't do anything.
websites fail to say something customers actually care about
HOW WE WORK
Misconceptions exist but they aren't accidental.
Most businesses get sold a website before anyone asks the right questions. We flipped that. Every Nixlab engagement starts with understanding your business first and building second.
The Problem
Most sites get built before anyone understands the business.
The Nixlab Step
We diagnose first. Free audit before any proposal. You know exactly what's broken and why before a single line of code changes.
THE DIFFERENCE
Not a typical agency. Not a freelancer.
| Typical Agency | Nixlab Studio | |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | Brief → design → build | Diagnostic → identify leaks → fix what matters |
| Pricing model | Large retainer upfront | Start with a diagnostic. Scale from there. |
| Success metric | Site is live | Revenue impact is measurable |
| Delivery approach | Manual processes, team handoffs, slower timelines | AI-assisted tooling, founder-direct, faster without sacrificing rigour |
| Specialisation | Full service for anyone | Conversion-focused for Malaysian SMEs |
WHAT CLIENTS SAY
Real businesses. Measurable outcomes.
“Since the site went live, we're getting 2 quality leads a month. People who already know what we offer and are ready to sign up.”

WHO'S BEHIND NIXLAB
Built by someone who's done it at both scales.
I started Nixlab because I kept watching good businesses lose leads they didn't know they were losing. Not because they had a bad product. Not because people didn't want what they offered. But because when someone searched for them online, nothing showed up, or what showed up didn't earn the call.
I'm a generalist who spent over 5 years translating technical decisions into plain language for people who just wanted to run their business. That's still what I do, but now it's built into every site we deliver.
Find out what your site is costing you.
One call. We audit your site, name what's blocking leads, and give you the answer, whether we work together or not.
